The Ohio Department of Wildlife may be the best source of information for you. I have listed their website and contact information below. The website is http://www.dnr.state.oh.us/Home/tabid/4414/Default.aspx and has a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) page.
The department can also be reached by telephone or email:
1-800-WILDLIFE (1-800-945-3543 or- emailing wildinfo@dnr.state.oh.us

Representatives are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST.

If you would like to report a wildlife violation, submit an online Turn In a Poacher report or call
1-800-POACHER .

Questions that relate to a specific county matter should be directed to a district wildlife office, wildlife officer assigned to that county, or
