my Marion berry no sugar freezer jam will not set up

One of the reasons jam doesn't set is reducing the sugar. Sugar or the appropriate pectin is required to get a good set. You need to use a pectin made specifically for low/no sugar to get a good product, but I don't know what you used, so I am unable to provide you any more information at this time.

If you decide to keep it as is, it can be used as a berry syrup on pancakes and waffles or as ice cream topping.
