Apparently, the blueberry plants are not getting sufficient nitrogen, iron, or some other nutrient. Wet weather can inhibit nutrient absorption.

Blueberries have shallow, fibrous roots. Plants quickly dry out in dry weather. Water the blueberry plants approximately every 7 days in dry weather. If you have a water soluble fertilizer, such as Miracle-Gro, add a small amount to the water. Water the plants with a dilute fertilizer solution.
