Why won't my cabbage form heads?

More than likely it is related to the weather; cabbage does best in the cool of fall and early spring. The other possibility is genetics; there are some seed that because of their genetics are not ever going to make a head. I would encourage you to pull up the existing plants and get ready to plant in the fall; August would be a great time to plant and then you would enjoy cabbage in November. Good luck!!
