Hello I got some red globe grapes from the grocery store and later planted some of them . And now they have started to grow.Is it possible that I could grow grapes from them.within the next 2-3 years?

Grapes are not normally grown from seed because they will not come true to the parent grape and are susceptible to diseases and pest problems. It will explain the basics of growing grapes. You'll see that grape plants are normally grown from grafted plants. There are more publications at his website;

We can't say how long it will take for your plant to produce fruit, but it should take many years.
