To whom concerned,

Nearly all of the grape acreage in Eastern Washington (juice and wine grapes) are on their own roots (ungrafted). In fact, grafted vines are generally only found in western Washington, and in the extreme north-central Washington regions. Own-rooted vines are possible due to a lack of an established phylloxera population. In addition, own-rooted vines help in retraining situations as a result of cold damage.

That being said, any vineyard you contact in eastern Washington will have ungrafted vines.
