The past two summers, I have had a grub infestation on my front lawn. What is the best treatment and timing to get rid of them? Thanks. Paul

Grub infestations should be addressed with a preventative treatment of a grub control product. Look for a product that says 'season long grub control'. They have the active ingredients imidacloprid (Merit), Chloranthaniliprole (Acelepryn) or Clothianidin (Arena). They should be applied in mid-June to mid-July to prevent the next generation of grubs from damaging your lawn.
