I found several small round WELL sealed bottles of vinegar that were given to me as a gift in a cupboard. They must be at least 20 years old if not older.
They have lemons or olives, onions red peppers etc. in them and except for the fruit and veggies looking a little ragged, they seem OK. I have not opened them but I was wondering if they are still safe to use or should I dispose of them.

You need to dispose of them. You don’t know how these bottles were processed. Incorrect processing can allow harmful bacteria to grow, even though you may not see it in the bottle. Plus, recommendations for canned goods are that they be used in one year.
