Raised vegetable bed

Can you tell me the ratio of topsoil to peat moss that I should use when filling my newly constructed raised vegetable bed.

Assuming the existing soil has been roto-tilled or worked then the remaining soil composition should consist of approximately equal parts 1) top soil, 2) peat moss, 3) potting soil (with perlite) and 4) humus or composted manure.
