Why are my blueberry leaves red

Some of the leaves on my blueberry plants are small and red. Is this a disease? What can I spray to stop this?

Those small strap-like red leaves indicate blueberry shoestring virus.
There is no spray to cure a virus. This virus is spread by aphids and is common in Michigan. The plant will not die but will never be fully productive.
We recommend removing virus infected plants.
