The most important thing is to select a variety that can withstand the cold winters in Washakie County. Pick ones that can grow in Zone 4. Varieties like the Lodi Apple are cold hardy, but others will work. Remember you need two apple trees for cross-pollination and good apple production. You should use the same criteria when choosing cherry and pear trees. The Montmorency cherry tree and North Star cherry tree can both grow well in Wyoming. The Ure pear tree and Nova pear tree are both good cold hardy varieties as well.
