How do I test my soil?

Greetings. I live in Palmer Lake and would like to grow a vegetable garden. How would I test my soil for toxins, such as arsenic?

CSU Soil Testing Lab: http://www.soiltestinglab.colostate.edu/
Click on Horticultural Applications for Gardeners to get instructions on taking/sending samples, forms to fill out and mailing address of Lab. Routine Test is $28, PLUS $27.50 for Total Arsenic or $20.00 for Extractable Arsenic (the amount the plant can take up) .

Note that most CO soils have some "background" levels of Arsenic.
