OSU does not have a certification program for landscape companies. If you are looking for a reliable lawn care company. Here is information from Oregon Department of Agriculture regarding hiring a landscape company: http://www.oregon.gov/lcb/pages/consumer_information.aspx#How_to_Get_Help_if_There_is_a_Problem
