You do not mention how many animals you have; but the more animals you have, the more problems you will likely have. However, It sounds like you are on the right track. Just keep doing what you are doing! The type of treatment you are using can take from 4 to 8 weeks to have any affect. These types of treatments do not kill the infection, they inhibit the reproduction of the organism. Povidone/iodine shampoo used topically can help with the problem. You do have to stay on top of the problem and scrub briskly a couple of times a day. You should disinfect, with a 10 to 1 bleach and water solution, or throw away any combs or brushes used on the infected animals. If you are having any problems with fleas, as well, be sure to treat and get rid of them. The ringworm organism does not usually affect healthy skin, so a flea bite may be where it starts. Again keep doing what you are doing and have patience and perseverance. Thanks for using eXtension.
