Freezing chunks of bread or oatmeal scones
If you want to keep them for 3 months the better you wrap them the fresher they will be. For the scones I would individual wrap them in plastic wrap and then you can put many of them in a larger freezer bag. For the chucks I would suggest that you put them in one freezer bag, get as much air out as possible without crushing the bread and then put the bag in another bag. Make sure the bread is at room temperature before you package it or it will get moisture in the bag and the bread will become soggy.
