I sent a query about an hour ago about deer sleeping in my bushes. I have now taken pictures to better show what I am dealing with. The bush has been pushed about 45 degrees off of being upright.

We don't see an earlier submission from you today (the most recent in your question history that we see is from around August 6) about these particular plants or the deer issue, but Glossy Abelia (the shrub pictured) regrows well from pruning if you need to trim off any wayward or bent stems. Glossy Abelias bloom on new growth, which means the pruning can be done in spring without sacrificing flower buds, since there are no flower buds on the branches over the winter.
The only way to keep the deer away may be putting up a physical barrier like fencing or netting, or using a repellent spray, although repellents are generally only used to prevent browsing damage and might not work well to alter other behaviors.
