Food safety classes? #938479

I'm interested in canning but have never done it before. I was told to see what classes were offered. Please let me know if you have any food safety classes coming up. Thank you!

Hi Brandi, 

Thanks for reaching out to the UNH Extension Yard and Garden Infoline. I will be planning several introduction to canning classes this summer and fall but they aren't yet up on our events page. That's the best place to look for our upcoming classes and other events. Here's a link-

I will be doing a beginner canning class through Seacoast Eat Local at Tuckaway Farm in Lee on August 20. They have limited spots available and require registration. Here's a link to their website-
