I have a lilac bush that is wilting, a small tree that looks dead, and my morning glories fried in the sun. will there be permanent damage to my

Expert Response
Hopefully not. Water these plants regularly at their base. Check for insects or disease and treat if you find them. Check weather forecasts and supplement any rainfall. This year has been a challenge, but there are things we can do, such as ensure plants receive regular water. Mulch around the base of your morning glories - this will help the plant retain moisture. You might want to move them to a location with slightly less sun next year.
