What is this weed? #881007

Please tell me what these weeds are? See photos They are in the rocks along the edge of my yard. They are also all throughout the grass. Seem to be a single root stem.

This is a common summer annual called Prostrate Spurge. As an annual, it will die out this coming winter, though there may be seeds left behind on the soil surface. It should pull up fairly easily, though if needed, could be spot-treated with a broadleaf herbicide, as mentioned on the linked page.
