Poison Oak #880736

We have sprayed the poison oak and it is now dead on the tree. Is there a safe way to remove and dispose of it?

Using oilproof gloves and snippers, cut it loose, pull down as possible, bag in plastic bag and put in trash. DO NOT COMPOST OR BURN
