Submitted request 8/1/24 to ask if pictures of pond indicated duck weed infestation. Have had no response other than receipt last week confirming you had received the request. Any idea when I will hear back? Also asked what type of chemical works best to treat? Thank you

Hello!
I suspect duckweed but can't confirm from pictures. I would need to see images of the individual plants, not the entire pond surface.
Is this a private pond or a public waterway?
