What is the name of the uvine with the yellow blossoms? How can I ensure it bears fruit?
Are any of the plants edible/nontoxic?
What is the name of the other two plants?

Your vine looks like it is in the cucurbit family, which includes squash, cucumbers, gourds etc.. It may be a melon.
Did you plant it?
There is no way to really tell what it actually is as some cucburbits can cross pollinate with others within the same family, so if that happened last year, a new volunteer plant this year could produce a cross between two different types.
The two plants in your third photo are:
on top, a young stage of our native weed Three-seeded Mercury, which you can see here:

and on the bottom, a type of smartweed, most likely the non-native invasive Oriental lady's thumb (Persicaria longiseta):
