My best guess would be Concord if it was planted on purpose or a wild grape species if you just found it in your yard. There are SO many different types of grapes which all look very similar it would be incredibly difficult to ID with just a picture of the bunch and the leaves. Unless you are able to find records from when the plant was planted, it’s unlikely you’ll be able to definitively ID it.
