Need help identifying lawn issue #880353

Hi, trying to determine if this is fertilizer burn, brown spot, or some other issue.

We think that those brown spots are characteristic of summer lawns in general. Even though it has been raining the rains have not been soaking and our weather is has been very hot. I am sure it will come back when the weather is more favorable.
