I received no acknowledgement of sending the questions and no answers to the questions for the last 2 questions I sent. However, the first question was answered by e mail after I telephoned you. The second question was sent 2 or 3 weeks ago and I found an answer myself and have now forgotten the question. It occurred to me that I should contact you to determine whether we can successfully communicate using standard procedures. Please send me an acknowledgement oft his test so we know if the procedures are working for me.
