Cucumber question #880188

I have a white cucumber and I do not know if it is okay to eat. I have about 3 "albino" cucumbers. They are big, just not green. I tried moving the leaves around so that it can get the sun, but it still did not turn green. I googled it and found that there are albino cucumbers, however, I did not purposely plant them. Are they safe to eat? I found a youtube video that said that some cucumbers are white due to the plant having mold, but I do not see any mold on the plant or cucumbers anywhere. I'll include a picture.

Kylie,
While I cannot answer the food-safety question about your cucumber, I can confirm that there are several white cucumber varieties available from seed companies. I can also share, from personal experience, that no matter how careful they are, stray seeds slip into another’s package. So, if your white cukes are on the same plant, there is a possibility that you received a white-variety seed in your packet.
Please let me know if you have further questions.
