What is this plant? #880173

I have this plant growing inside a pot with other plants.is it a weed? The third picture is just of my deck, so you can see there's a lot going on.

Yes, that is a weedy plant that you do want to remove and put in the trash or you will have it all over next year.
It is called Mulberry Weed and those little balls are actually blooms. Here is our page on it:
