Yes I am positive it is Bird Vetch. We had a problem with it once in the same spot a few years ago when I was able to contact the State of Ak Water and Soil Conservation office which was located in Soldotna. A state employee came out and removed the vetch for several years in a row, then apparently it stopped and the office is not here anymore? I was not able to find it if it is.  And yes, I will take an image and complete the form.  The patch is located almost to the end of the straight, paved portion of Sports Lake road, on the left. If you get to cluster mail boxes, you’ve gone too far.

Good Morning,

I wanted to let you know that the Bird Vetch on this corner has exploded again.  Last year a volunteer came and dug up some of the plants, it definitely  needs more attention.  I’m willing to assist in the weed pull, I just need to know when to be there.
