The best I could find is that the flowers last for 2-3 days each, but the bloom time of the plants is much longer (at least several weeks/months). So as long as the plant is in flower and producing new flowers, there will be steady nectar production.
Of course there are many types of Agastache and not all have the same bloom time. For maximum pollinator benefit, plant several species and several plants of the same species.
