Where can I deliver a sample of an invasive aquatic grass type plant for identification that has in the last several years become prevalent in a private lake that my property surrounds? The property is located in Southwestern Oregon and has been in my family's care for over 100 years, causing concern that without proper care and stewardship, the lake and its environmental characteristics may suffer.
