Is this a tick? #879985

Please help me identify what bug this is. I can't tell. It squished easily and I think I could feel it bite me which doesn't make me think tick but what are they??? They seem to have antennas if you zoom into the blue slide handle picture?? I have cedar wood chips and then had just laid more down within a few hours when all the sudden these were all over the playset.

My Picture Insect app identifys this as Black Willow Aphid. The following web pages provide some information. The picture on the white background was the most helpful.
