Hello! I have a high mountain pasture that I'd like to try and improve the grass cover on, and want to make sure i'm seeding with a native grass, and ideally the same one that is already there. I've tried to identify it, but my skills are pretty limited.. At this location in a pretty dry sage and grass meadow at 7800' in Rio Blanco County, CO, it is growing to ~6-8 inches tall without any supplemental water at the end of July. 

The closest visual id I could come up with was Idaho Fescue (Festuca idahoensis)

and it doesn't seem like any of the grasses on the Colorado Native list match really well either. Any help with an ID would be very much appreciated!
