Does Red Feather Arrowwood Viburnum grow well in Southern Minnesota and are there any common problems with it?

Red Feather Arrowwood Vibernum is winter hardy in Minnesota as a Zone 3 shrub. It is a beautiful specimen. Below is a link with information.
