Can over watering cause leave to dry and curl but not fall off? I thought overwatering manifested itself in yellow spotted leaves. This is a new tree that gets 10 mins of turf irrigation twice a day and a water bag twice a week because of the heat. Is this too much or is it too little?

Hi Ken,
With these high temperatures, it's probably not enough water. The turf irrigation may not benefit the tree much (since the turf has a far more extensive root system) and the watering bags may not provide enough water.

- 1-2 weeks after planting, water daily.
- 3-12 weeks after planting, water every 2 to 3 days.
- After 12 weeks, water weekly until roots are established.
