Ash tree disease? #879828

I believe I have an ash tree that is looking pretty sick starting last season and worse this season, but the bark doesn’t look bad. Should this tree be removed? Is there anything else I should be aware of?

Your tree looks like it’s infected with emerald ash borer and declining. It’s probably too late to save the tree,
