My corn flowers have weird growth. I’m worried it’s Aster yellow.

I am sorry it has taken so long to respond to your question. Coneflowers (echinacea) are susceptible to aster yellows and mites. Both impact blooms in a similar manner. Below are three links with information about both, including photos. I believe your coneflowers may have aster yellows. If so, there is no treatment except removal. I would encourage you to look at the write up and photos and compare to your plants.
