Thank you for your question. This is something that our Diagnostic team will want to look at before we can send you in the right direction. Honeylocust are notorious for fungal disease such as canker which will develop different types of lesions on leaves, stems and trunks. Injuries or fresh cuts also pose problems as entry points for pest too. Here is a fact sheet to give you some information about disease and management for Honeylocust.
