I have a potted tomato plant that has produced fruit but now there are no more flowers. There may have been a period where it didn't get enough water but not severly. I have been using a fertilizer. (see attached)

Plants in pots need consistent water and frequent feeding. It looks like you purchased a good fertilizer. In a pot you should feed it every two weeks but don;t over-fertilize. Weaker is better than too strong.
Changes can happen due to changes in weather. Make sure you keep your plant pruned. Prune off any of the extra stems that begin to grow at leaf junctions. keep a couple of strong stems to continue fruiting.
Different varieties of tomatoes will behave differently and bloom times may vary. There is still a bit of summer left for your tomato to get more blooms.
