We have a weed in the garden we can't identify. About 8 feet high in center of Black Night Bush. We recently had a poison)Hemlock plant removed and would like to know if this weed is something we should be concerned. Images included.

From the angle of the photos you sent it's hard to make out some important details. I believe it is a boxelder seedling with some mite damage on the leaves, causing some distortion.
