Pasture Herbicide #879648

Hello I have several acres of horse pasture in Franklin County. A couple years ago we had to take clay out of pasture to use as base in a new barn and we now have a large variety of weeds growing in our pasture. Do you have any resources or suggestions for applying an herbicide to a horse pasture?

The advice you need for dealing with this flush of weeds is dependent on many factors that are difficult to assess through email. To start though, I will refer you to a great resource from the University of Kentucky that can help you determine the right next steps. Once you are familiar with the types of weeds you are dealing with, we can help you more specifically with types of herbicides and other cultural practices that would be effectively helpful.
