The Extension Service has been recommended to me as a source for documentation on nonnative and invasive plants in Benton County, Oregon. Can you email those to me or is there a website where I might go to download them?

It's difficult to find invasive species resources that are specific to just one county, but you can probably put together what you want from these.
Benton Soil and Water Conservation District https://www.bentonswcd.org/invasive-plants
Oregon Invasive Species Council info hub - click on the category you want, like forbs, and the counties each is found in are listed, along with much other info. https://www.oregoninvasivespeciescouncil.org/infohub
ODA's Weedmapper https://www.oregon.gov/oda/programs/Weeds/Pages/WeedMapper.aspx

Thank you for the information. Can you recommend a botanist or natural resource planner who might be able to help evaluate a site for native and invasive species? It is a local site, in Philomath, Oregon.
Thank you.
You might be able to get help through the Benton Soil and Water Conservation District. They provide site visits for some purposes. https://www.bentonswcd.org/
