Likely several animals, including squirrels and raccoons, and depending on where you live, it could be bears or other larger mammals.
If you are losing your fruits, then consider using cages, netting, or fencing to protect them from animals. This is probably easier said than done. But exclusion will be the most effective solution.
You could borrow a wildlife camera and see what you spot!
