Lawn is turning brown in patches. Many neighboring yards are the same, and there is an HOA that provides mowing throughout. Neighbors think it's a fungus, but it's possible it could also be grubs. There is a tree (linden?) curbside that is being feasted on by Japanese beetles. Can you tell me what this is and how to treat? I do not want to treat it myself, but would hire a lawn service to do so.
