Unfortunately, no, we do not have any staff that help with hornet removal. However, you can contact a pest control professional that has experience deal with wasps; a few beekeepers will remove wasps as well, though not many. The linked page provides a list of area beekeepers you can browse for candidates. The empty nest, once the wasps are killed or removed (via pesticide or vacuum), might make a useful teaching tool if you wanted to contact your city Extension office to ask about donating it (if it is removed intact, that is) to either Extension or a city nature center.
