Hi Lynn,
I am not sure what you mean with your question. What are you making out of the tomatoes. If you are making sauce you can certainly leave out the liquid and use it for soups. Salsa from frozen tomatoes is pretty mushy. If canning you can use the juice from the frozen tomatoes for the liquid.
