Looking to overhaul a garden and would like to know if the soil is acidic or alkeline. Do you do soil testing or is there a way for me to test?

Although testing itself is not performed by a University of Maryland lab, we do have information online about soil testing and soil testing labs, which includes a few regional labs that could be considered for use, as well a web page about how to interpret soil test report results. (You can also ask about them here if you wanted, with an attached file of the results the lab sends back.)
