From these photos, it would appear these are cherries and not some sort of berry...but maybe the perspective/size isn't coming through in the photos? Have you looked to see if these have one seed in them or instead have multiple seeds? That would help us determine what they are a bit better. Feel free to bring one by the office (136 6th Street, Suite 1010) and let us look at it if you can. A leaf sample would be great, too, if you come by. Otherwise, let me know about the seeds and we'll keep narrowing down our choices.
