Leaf spot disease? #879250

Asked July 29, 2024, 1:40 PM EDT

Hello, my nannyberry bush started getting spots on some of it's leaves and I'm thinking it's leaf spot disease. Reading about it says I don't need to do anything about it but I wanted to get a second opinion to make sure it's not actually something else that I should be treating. I included pictures. I have 4 bushes, but only this one is getting spots so far. Please let me know if I should be taking action of some sort.

I think you're right, this looks like one of the leaf spot diseases. With our wet summer many shrubs and trees are having similar issues.

Treatment is not needed. The best thing you can do is to remove and bag affected leaves, and if the plants are crowded prune them next spring to increase air circulation.

Good luck.
