Vine maple leaf changes, browning #879242
Asked July 29, 2024, 1:08 PM EDT
This vine maple was planted around 5 years ago and has been doing well until this year. It appears that all of the leaves are being affected and worsening with time. The browning has appeared at the leaf edges and moves toward the leaf center. It gets partial sun, is situated in an open area under mature Deodor Cedars. We have an older Vine Maple in another area of our yard that gets full sun (probably wasn't the ideal planting location) and we see the scorching of the leaves with too much sun. This seems diffferent, seeing how it's not planted in full sun. Being a native plant, we're a little puzzled with what's going on ?? Any suggestions?
