Hello—I live in an association & 2 of our trees need to be replaced (I think they are ash). We have maples currently planted elsewhere on the property & would like recommendations on other types of trees that we could consider.

There are several good lists of trees to plant now that will do well in a changing climate.
Ironwood and Kentucky Coffee tree are two of my favorites. both are relatively pest free.
Diversity is key here . I suggest you look at these lists and the attributes of each tree to help you make your decisions.
